Tealight Candle Cups

Choose from a range of tealight candle cups and containers for making small-format candles, including clear polycarbonate, reusable glass and metal options.

Tealight candles are ideal for:

• small interior accents;
• fragrance samples;
• gifts;
• seasonal and small-batch candle collections.

For standard approximately 38 mm polycarbonate and glass tealight cups, we recommend 30 mm waxed tealight wicks with fixed 15 mm metal sustainers.

Choose:

• TG8 for standard vegetable-wax tealights;
• Wedo Stabilo 2 where a hotter-burning wick is required for the particular wax and fragrance formulation.

Are Wick Stickers Required?

Our standard 38 mm polycarbonate and glass tealight cups have small raised supports in the base designed to hold a 15 mm wick sustainer.

For these specific cups, additional wick stickers are therefore generally unnecessary.

For other container styles or materials, follow the instructions on the individual product page.

Wick selection depends not only on container diameter but also on:

• wax type;
• fragrance load;
• dyes;
• other additives.
