Sustainability & Donation

At Soyacandles.lt, we believe that responsible business is about more than the products we sell. We aim to reduce the environmental impact of our everyday operations while also sharing part of our success with organisations that support children and young people.

By shopping with us, you also help support children who need assistance

From September 2026, we support VšĮ “Vaikų linija” (Child Line Lithuania).

Vaikų linija is a non-profit emotional support service for children and teenagers. It provides free and anonymous emotional support by telephone and online, giving young people a safe place to talk about difficulties, worries and experiences when they need someone to listen.

By supporting Vaikų linija, we contribute to the continuation and development of emotional support services, the training of volunteer counsellors and the organisation's ability to reach more children and teenagers who need help.

Thank you for choosing Soyacandles.lt – your purchases help us support organisations whose work makes a meaningful difference in children's lives.

We use renewable energy

Since 2022, a remote solar power plant has generated electricity equivalent to the energy consumption of our office and warehouse.

By using renewable electricity in our daily operations, we aim to reduce the environmental impact associated with running our business.

We use an electric vehicle

We aim to minimise emissions generated by our everyday business activities.

Our business journeys are made using an electric vehicle, which is charged using electricity generated from our remote solar power plant.

Electric vehicle charging infrastructure

UAB “Balsius” was granted the opportunity to receive EUR 595.78 in funding under the joint project “Installation of Private Charging Points for Electric Vehicles”, following an application to the Lithuanian Energy Agency under the call for the installation of private electric vehicle charging points at workplaces by legal entities.

The project is implemented under Lithuania's Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan “New Generation Lithuania” and funded by the European Union's NextGenerationEU programme.

Small choices add up

We continue to look for practical ways to operate more responsibly – from renewable energy and electric transport to reducing packaging waste and supporting organisations whose work we believe in.

We appreciate every customer who chooses Soyacandles.lt and helps us make these commitments possible.
