Delivery information

Current order processing time is ~1 - 2 business days, delivery time is not included. We deliver your order quickly and in an environmentally friendly way! It's important to us that we avoid plastic packaging and deliver your goods sustainably and safely.

If the parcel is delivered by a courier and the packaging is damaged, it must be signed for and noted as such. If the parcel is marked as being in good condition, you will not be able to file a claim and get a refund.

Delivery in Lithuania

• COLLECTION from our warehouse - free of charge. Pick up your order from address Valerijono Protasevičiaus str. 2, 08462, Vilnius (Pagubė), Lithuania. Orders are being handed outside. Collection only from MONDAY TO THURSDAY (except Friday) 12 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. after You get an email that Your order is ready to collect. Please collect your order in 2 - 3 business days after preparation email. Thank you for your understanding. 
• VENIPAK parcel locker - 2,89 EUR (incl. VAT), delivery within 1 - 3 working days from dispatch. Price valid up to 30 kg. Free delivery from 60 EUR ex VAT (72.60 EUR incl. VAT).
• VENIPAK courier - from 3,99 EUR (incl. VAT), delivery within 48 hours from dispatch. Free delivery from 100 EUR ex VAT (121 EUR incl. VAT).
• OMNIVA parcel machine - 4,39 EUR (incl. VAT), price valid for up to 24 kg, delivery in Lithuania within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. Omniva Parcel Machines.

Important note - we do not deliver by courier to the Curonian Spit. We recommend choosing VENIPAK or OMNIVA parcel machine.

• We are an e-shop only and do not have a physical store, so we cannot prepare and sell the goods upon a customer's arrival. 

Delivery to the EU & Other Countries

Latvia:

• VENIPAK parcel machine - 3,55 EUR + VAT (up to 24 kg), delivery within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. Free delivery - from 120 EUR ex VAT (145,2 EUR incl. VAT) for orders up to 24 kg.
• VENIPAK courier to address - from 5,74 EUR + VAT, delivery within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. 
• OMNIVA parcel machine - 6,36 EUR + VAT, price valid for up to 24 kg. Delivery within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.

Estonia:

• VENIPAK parcel machine - 5,10 EUR + VAT, delivery within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch. Price valid for orders up to 24 kg. Free delivery - from 130 EUR ex VAT (158,60 EUR incl. VAT) for orders up to 24 kg.*
• VENIPAK courier to Your address - from 6,97 EUR + VAT, delivery within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch.* 
• OMNIVA parcel machine - 8,62 EUR + VAT, price valid for up to 24 kg. Delivery within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch.

*In remote areas (e.g. islands), delivery is by courier only and will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 44.4 + VAT. Postal codes: 62601, 88001-88005, 91217, 91301-91320, 92001-92420, 93001-94799, 96027-96098.

Finland:

• GLS ECONOMY 2 - from 20,41 EUR + VAT, delivery in 6 - 8 working days. Price changes at 2, 5, 10, 15, 25 up to 30 kg.
• VENIPAK/BRING courier to Your address - from 27,97 EUR + VAT, price changes at every 30 kg, delivery within ~3 working days from dispatch. Attention! Shipment tracking ends in Tallinn, Estonia, where BRING takes over the shipment from VENIPAK and delivers it in Finland within 1-3 business days. For this reason, the shipment can be seen as delivered in Tallinn. 
  
• DPD courier to Your address* - from 39,57 EUR + VAT, delivery within 2 - 4 working days from dispatch.

Poland:

• VENIPAK courier to Your address - from 17,09 EUR + VAT (up to 30 kg), prices changes according to your product cart total weight, delivery within ~2 - 5 working days from dispatch.

Other Countries:

We can deliver by VENIPAK/GLS/TNT/DHL or DPD courier (depending on destination) to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway (Delivered at Place (DAP)), Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland (Delivered at Place (DAP)).

• We will provide You with the parcel tracking number so that You could track Your order until the delivery moment. 
  
• In case Your shipment is lost or damaged we offer replacement or refund, please report any problems to us by email [email protected].

• Delivery prices according to weight - please check pdf chart. (updated 2023.06.07)
• GLS Economy 2 / TNT ECONOMY courier to Your address - the delivery price will be calculated automatically based on the weight of the cart.
• The lowest price is for product carts up to 2 kg. Price changes at 2/5/10/15/20/25/30/40/65/90/120 kg.
• The delivery price is counted automatically depending on the total weight of Your product cart. 
• Note: During GLS Economy 2 delivery, the courier does not usually call by phone prior to arrival.

United Kingdom - from EUR 9 (up to 1 kg), heavier parcels - from 28,10 EUR, 6 working days (DHL / TNT ECONOMY, Delivered at Place (DAP): The buyer (receiver) is responsible for all the duties, taxes, and clearance fees).

Portugal (Continent)* - from 15,36 EUR + VAT, 6 - 7 working days (GLS ECONOMY 2 / TNT ECONOMY). 

Romania - from 16,58 EUR + VAT, 5 - 6 working days.

Slovakia - from 12,30 EUR + VAT, 4 - 5 working days.

Slovenia - from 15,31 EUR + VAT, 5 - 6 working days.
