We believe that even small everyday decisions can contribute to a more sustainable way of doing business. That is why we follow waste reduction principles and strive to use packaging materials responsibly.

Reducing Plastic Wherever Possible

We aim to minimise the use of plastic. Small items are packed in paper bags, while parcels are protected with biodegradable corn starch packing peanuts, crumpled cardboard, or clean, reused paper packaging materials. Glass products are additionally protected with corrugated cardboard.

However, plastic packaging is still necessary for certain products. We use it to pack moisture-sensitive items to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition.

Using Less Packaging

We avoid unnecessary packaging whenever possible. If a product already comes in sturdy and secure original packaging, we do not repackage it. We also carefully choose the most suitable box size for every order to minimise the amount of filling material required.

Reusing Packaging

Clean and undamaged boxes, protective materials, and packaging received from our suppliers are reused whenever possible. This helps reduce waste and extends the life cycle of these materials.

We also encourage you to give items a second life by reusing candle jars, packaging materials, or even trimmed candle wicks for creative projects.

Recycling Responsibly

We carefully sort all waste generated during our operations into paper, plastic, glass, and mixed waste. Containers contaminated with fragrance oils, bases, or other chemical substances are handed over to TOKSIKA for safe disposal in accordance with environmental regulations.
