Cyclopentasiloxane is a clear, odourless, low-viscosity volatile silicone fluid. It is a cyclic siloxane, also known as D5, with the INCI name Cyclopentasiloxane.

Use

Use only in accordance with the current Safety Data Sheet (SDS), technical documentation and requirements applicable to the intended use. Replacing other silicone raw materials with cyclopentasiloxane must be assessed for the specific formulation.

Do not spray onto hard surfaces, as a slippery film may form. Test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area before use. A clear formulation does not guarantee that fabrics will remain free from stains.

Fragrance concentration must be determined for the specific formulation, intended use and fragrance documentation. A single concentration is not suitable for all products.

The photograph shows an example of use. The product is supplied in a container with a screw cap, without a spray nozzle.
