A warm and inviting oriental woody and spicy fragrance, opening with fresh bergamot and grapefruit combined with the piquancy of red and black pepper and a resinous touch of elemi.

The heart reveals rose and jasmine alongside saffron, cinnamon, chilli pepper and a warm chai latte spice accord. The rich base combines cedarwood, cashmere wood, vetiver, tobacco, amber, leather and vanilla.

A layered blend of citrus, warm and cool spices, tobacco and woods, particularly well suited to autumn and winter candle and home fragrance collections.

The fragrance intensity is relatively soft, so we recommend testing it in the intended finished product before purchasing larger quantities.

Product Properties

Please note: the flash point is not a recommended temperature for adding fragrance oil to wax.

Recommended Use

Candles:

• paraffin wax – approximately 4–6%;
• vegetable wax – approximately 5–10%;
• stated maximum in vegetable wax – 10%.

Always take the wax manufacturer's recommended fragrance load into account. Although this is a relatively soft fragrance, increasing the fragrance load does not necessarily result in stronger or better scent performance.

Every wax, wick and fragrance combination should be evaluated with a test pour and full burn test.

Reed diffusers:

• up to 20% with Augeo Clean Multi, according to the formulation-specific documentation supplied for this fragrance.

Room fragrance products:

• up to 5% with a cyclopentasiloxane base, provided this complies with the relevant technical and IFRA documentation.

If a different base, concentration or end use is selected, the applicable IFRA, CLP, labelling and, where relevant, UFI / PCN requirements must be reassessed.

Evaluating the Fragrance

Fragrance oil is a concentrated fragrance composition, so we do not recommend evaluating it directly from the bottle.

For an initial assessment, apply a small amount to a fragrance testing strip. The true character, intensity and balance of the fragrance are best evaluated in the finished product.

Colour Changes

This fragrance oil is slightly yellow and may subtly affect the colour of white or very pale wax and other bases.

Fragrance compositions may also influence the colour of a finished product over time. Always carry out a small test before larger-scale production.
