Evaluating the Fragrance

Do not smell concentrated fragrance oil directly from the bottle. Apply a small amount to a fragrance testing strip for an initial assessment. Evaluate its true character and intensity in the finished product.

Possible Colour Changes

This fragrance oil may alter the colour of wax, reed diffuser bases or room spray bases. It contains 1.1% vanillin, which may cause pale products to yellow or darken over time.

Always test a small batch before larger-scale production.

• Recommended concentration in paraffin wax: 4–6%.

• Recommended concentration in vegetable wax: 5–10%.

• Stated maximum concentration in vegetable wax: 10%.

Also observe the maximum fragrance load specified by the wax manufacturer.

• Stated maximum concentration: 20%.

Room sprays with cyclopentasiloxane:

• Stated maximum concentration: 5%.
