KERAVEGETAL EASY is an easy-to-use plant-based blend of soy and coconut wax specifically developed for container candles.

The manufacturer currently styles the product KERAVEGETALE Easy Pastilles.

The soy and coconut wax blend offers a soft, creamy texture, good container adhesion and a smooth candle finish.

According to the information for the currently supplied batch, the blend contains:

  • 70% soy wax;
  • 30% coconut wax.

As ADC's current public product page describes it simply as a balanced soy and coconut wax blend without publishing the exact ratio, professional users should refer to the TDS for the specific batch supplied.

Instructions for Use

Prepare the Containers

Use suitable glass, ceramic or metal candle containers.

They should be clean, dry and free from grease and dust.

Choose the Wick

The wax can be tested with:

  • cotton wicks;
  • wooden wicks.

Select the wick according to the internal container diameter, fragrance load, dyes and wick construction.

Always validate the final combination with a full burn test.

Melt the Wax

Slowly melt the pellets at approximately 50–60 °C, stirring gently until homogeneous.

Then adjust the wax temperature according to the additives you intend to use.

Avoid exceeding 90 °C.

Add Fragrance Oil

Recommended fragrance load:

6–10%.

Add fragrance at approximately 70–75 °C and mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

Always consider:

  • the applicable IFRA limit for the fragrance;
  • CLP requirements for the finished candle;
  • the burn performance of the selected wick.

A 10% wax fragrance capacity is not a recommendation to use 10% fragrance oil in every candle.

Add Candle Dye

Add suitable candle dyes at approximately 65 °C or above, ensuring complete and even dispersion.

Pour

Recommended pouring temperature:

65–70 °C.

The optimal temperature may vary depending on container size, room temperature, fragrance, dye and the desired surface finish.

Cooling and Curing

Allow candles to cool slowly at room temperature for at least 24 hours.

Avoid draughts, cold surfaces and sudden changes in temperature.

A longer cure may be useful before final fragrance and burn evaluation.

Testing

Before larger-scale production, carry out:

  1. a test pour;
  2. adhesion and surface assessment;
  3. fragrance-performance testing;
  4. a full burn test.

Packaging

ADC currently lists the manufacturer's original pack as a:

20 kg bag.

Smaller quantities are repacked according to the weight ordered.

Batch numbers should ideally be maintained as a separate product or stock field rather than permanently embedded in the description.

Alternative

For another ADC soy and coconut container-wax formulation, consider KERAVEGETAL SR NF.

KERAVEGETAL EASY does not currently need to be described as discontinued: ADC presently lists both formulations. Because their form and technical characteristics differ, switching between them requires fresh production and burn testing.
