KOSTER KEUNEN White Beeswax is a natural, animal-derived wax produced by honeybees to build honeycombs. Its light colour makes it suitable for white and pale-coloured candles and other wax creations.
The pastille form makes weighing, portioning and melting convenient. Use this beeswax as the main wax in your formulation or as a component in a blend. The properties of the finished product depend on the formulation and processing conditions.

Use in candle making
Melt under controlled conditions, monitor the temperature and never leave heating wax unattended. Determine the pouring temperature according to the candle shape, wax blend and your test results. The 61–66 °C specification is a material property, not a recommended pouring temperature.
When blended with other waxes, beeswax can change hardness, surface texture, shape stability and melting behaviour. Establish suitable proportions through small-batch trials.
Choosing a wick
Choose a wick according to the candle diameter and shape, the proportion of beeswax, and the fragrance oil and dye content. Carry out a full burn test for every final formulation, from the first lighting to the end of the candle’s usable life.
Is this wax vegan?
No. Beeswax is produced by bees and is therefore an animal-derived ingredient.
Storage and packaging
Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong external odours.
Supplied as 1 kg, repacked from the manufacturer’s original 20 kg bag.
