KERANATURE MB MOLDBLEND is a paraffin-based moulding wax developed for pillar, decorative and sculptural candles.

Its formulation is designed to produce a smooth, glossy and uniform finish, reproduce fine mould details and make finished candles easier to release from suitable moulds.

The convenient pellet form makes the wax easy to weigh, portion and melt, making it suitable for both beginners and professional or small-batch candle production.

Fragrance Load

KERANATURE MB is compatible with candle-safe fragrance oils.

Manufacturer's recommended fragrance load:

6–10%.

The final concentration should also take into account:

• fragrance-specific IFRA limits;
• candle diameter and shape;
• wick selection;
• dyes and other additives;
• full burn-test results.

10% should not be treated as the default fragrance load for every formulation.

Wick Selection

Select the wick according to candle diameter, shape, fragrance load, dyes and wick construction.

Every finished formulation should be validated with a full burn test.

Mould Compatibility

KERANATURE MB is suitable for:

• silicone;
• metal;
• latex

and other moulds intended for candle making.

Its moulding properties help produce clean decorative candles with good surface definition.

Is It Suitable for Container Candles?

No.

KERANATURE MB has been developed for candles that are poured into a mould and removed once set.

For glass jars, tins and ceramic containers, use a wax specifically formulated for container candles.

ADC's current product page describes KERANATURE MB as a natural / vegetable moulding wax, while the technical product information currently available with this product identifies it as paraffin-based.

Until an unambiguous composition declaration is supplied by the manufacturer, we deliberately avoid claims such as:

• “100% natural”;
• “100% vegetable”;
• “GMO-free”;
• “ecological”;
• “sustainable”.

For professional production, always refer to the current SDS and technical information for the supplied batch.
