Natural wooden beads for use as solid home fragrances. This is a great alternative to candles or reed diffusers as the scenting method is inexpensive, easy and safe. Wooden beads are versatile and can be placed in decorative bowls, sachets, or hung in various areas of the home, like closets, bathrooms, or near entrances. 

Beads are sold in sets of 10. 

Characteristics:

• birch wood,
• the diameter of the ball is 40 mm,
• after soaking in the fragrance oil, the beads change colour - they become darker.

Making process

All you need is a clear glass jar or vase to place the fragranced beads in. You can fragrance the beads as follows: place them in a ziplock plastic bag, add the desired amount of fragrance or essential oil, seal the bag and rub the balls to absorb the scent. Repeat the process if necessary. Remove the bag and place the beads in the glass container. Make sure that the beads do not touch your skin! If you want the beads to absorb the fragrance more evenly, first mix the fragrance concentrate with a base such as Augeo Clean Multi or a simple base oil (almond oil or similar). We suggest mixing in a ratio of 80% base and 20% fragrance oil concentrate. The diffusion of the fragrance is best felt in small rooms up to 20 sq. m., for example in the bathroom or hallway.

Tips

• Mix wooden beads of different diameters in a container to get a more interesting composition.
• If the scent has faded, simply drop the small amount of scent directly onto the wooden beads in the container.
