During our testings we noticed that after pouring the candle wax surface can be uneven (visually seen as wavy) but it is normal for this wax and cannot be considered as faulty, you cannot return this wax block once you open and try it! This wax gives very good cold and hot fragrance throw, wax surface is quite even between candle burnings. We keep this wax in stock because there are customers who love it regardless it's cons!

How to break a block: store the wax block at room temperature to keep it soft. To break the wax, you can use a metal medium-width (~ 15 cm) trowel with a rubber handle or a narrow metal tool. Insert the tool into the corner of the slab, where the wax breaks easily, and cut a piece of wax.

Recommended wicks - TB, Cotton & Linen, Cotton & Hemp, wooden wicks.

Maximum heating temperature + 80-85 ° C.
The optimal fragrance content in the wax is 6-10 percent, the maximum - 12 percent.
The recommended fragrance pouring temperature is + 65.5-75 ° C, depending on the fragrance - it is better to pour all citrus scents at a lower temperature and, for example, cinnamon - at a higher temperature.
Recommended pouring temperature - + 57-65 ° C. If the surface solidifies unevenly, wax should be poured at a higher temperature.
Curing properties: adheres well to the sides of the vessel, but is characterized by uneven surface solidification, which can be corrected by a second pour of the wax immediately after the wax solidifies or by heating the surface with a heat gun.
Melting of the entire surface when burning the candle: this should not happen during the first burning session, which would mean that the wick is too large, usually the whole surface melts during 3-5 burning, and the wax residues melt spontaneously when the vessel heats up.

Wax storage conditions: best stored at + 24 ° C or lower in a dry and ventilated room. Protect from extreme conditions, i. i.e.,> + 32 ° C heat, and <+ 5 ° C temperature. It is best used within 24 months from the date of manufacture.
